Bringing together statewide Administrators, Faculty, Staff and Industry Professionals to identify common learning outcomes between secondary and post secondary courses to facilitate regional articulation. The project focuses on creating a vertical alignment process between high school and community college career and technical education courses.

Our vision is to create connectivity and continuity between secondary and postsecondary curriculum that promotes seamless transitions for students leaving high school, entering college and into the workforce.

Project Deliverables are programs of study provided by each of the Career Clusters listed on the right that show end-of-course outcome alignment and captures university degree plans and upward articulation agreements to use as a guide for local institutions. (Due to be completed by 8/31/10.) Vertical alignment worksheets will be developed in 10 workshops during the Fall. In advance of workshops, participants will be provided information where roles and expected outcomes will be articulated.
